Development of Gifted Students
The Challenge:
Many gifted students do not have opportunities to excel due to their inability to maintain academic standards because of lack of resources and support.
The Plan:
Make early interventions, specifically designed, to ensure that youth are given the best opportunities to succeed. Provide tools for stress management and support to ensure that each student makes better choices in life.
The Goal:
Support for at-risk, gifted students and athletes in sports and academic programs through primary, high school and college education. Professional coaching and training to student athletes.
Top Quality STEM Education
➢Recruit at-risk students with high STEM aptitude.
➢Use hands-on robotics projects to teach basic electronics and programming.
➢Use real-life problems to teach practical applications of scientific principles , design thinking and engineering.
➢Engage passionate teachers, mentors and counselors.
➢Provide opportunities for future study, careers, networking & growth locally & globally.
Our academic curriculum aligns with the National Standards Curriculum from the Jamaican Ministry of Education.
It also aligns with US STEM standards: NGSS (Next generation Science Standards (USA)) & NSTA (National Science Teachers Association Standards (USA)).
A Visionary Sports Academy

We provide assistance to qualified students including but not limited to:
➢Books, computing devices, internet access.
➢Adequate and appropriate nutrition that may be required during group activities.
➢Transportation needs for STEM and Sports activities.
➢Accommodation.
Personal Development
We elevate and develop our students by:
➢Fostering growth in emotional intelligence and the development of soft skills for life.
➢Facilitating personal development, mental wellness, and conflict management. ➢Nurturing focus, mindfulness, compassion, teamwork and social responsibility. ➢Developing positive self image, public speaking, presentation skills and confidence.
➢Mentoring of students by dedicated motivating professionals.
➢Providing opportunities to lead and take an active role in their community.
Partnerships
Through our STEM and Sports relations we will:
➢Establish partnership agreements with businesses, schools and sports institutions, both local and overseas.
➢Partner with individual and corporate sponsors for specific programs and activities.
➢Establish relationships with community partners (youth clubs, civic clubs, churches).
Our Partnerships will be structured for the best interest of our students.
FUNDING
We are a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organization and our funding sources will include:
➢Actively raising money from institutions, corporations, and like minded individuals, worldwide.
➢Obtaining financial sponsorships to provide financial aid, awards, scholarships and grants through beneficial symbiotic relationships.
➢The staging of fundraising events.
➢Partnerships.
